How to order

At our ordering process is simple and easy.

Public Sector Credit Accounts

If you're a public sector organisation, placing an order with, the process is simple and easy!

We provide instant 30 day credit accounts to public sector organisations on receipt of an official purchase order.

We supply our products to a large number of public sector organisations across the UK including primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, local councils, NHS hospitals and the emergency services.


How to place an order by telephone:

  • Find the required products on our website and if possible have the product codes/model names ready to assist our sales team
  • Then call us on 01422 310506 to place your order
  • Our sales team will provide advice and guidance on the products that you wish to order
  • Then simply email an official purchase order confirming your order details to and your order will be processed.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with the items you buy from Reece Safety Products Ltd (, but if you do change your mind, just let us know. 

Make sure to notify us and you can return your purchase/s in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

This charge will be deducted from your total refund and is applied to all returned goods with the exemption of items proved to be faulty. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.

All items must be returned unused, in saleable condition, in the original packaging and free from undeclared damage. Any damage not originally declared will void any refund or replacement being issued. 

With the exemption of faulty items, we do not offer free returns on unwanted products, you are responsible for paying any return carriage charges.

Should you arrange the carriage for return of goods with us directly, any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and contact you with notification of their successful return and the status of your refund.

All refunds will be credited using the details provided as your original method of payment.

Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take several days to clear.
